Disney +/ HULU

Constantly freezes, xfinity does NOTHING about it! When I got the virtual assistant, who sent me to a live rep., that rep changed my service and added HBO MAX! I don't want more streaming channels, i want to access what I pay tor now! Im ready to cut the cable after this fiasco!
