Please know we pay programmers to bring you the entertainment you love, and a number of reasonable offers have been made, and they haven’t been accepted. Comcast is working toward bringing back this programming, but only with fair pricing, terms, and conditions for customers. I know unexpected changes to your TV lineup can be frustrating, and I apologize for any inconvenience. For more information, visit https://www.xfinity.com/programmingchanges.

And, to have taken this action, in over 20 states and with multiple different Networks, without ANY FOREWARNING to your paying customers is UNACCEPTABLE, period!  Comcast/Xfinity owes all customers in all markets that lost channels without forewarning a refund!

@user_zta2on A number of reasonable offers have been made that E. W. Scripps, the owner of these local broadcast stations, has not accepted. We are continuing to negotiate with them in the hopes of retaining their content. If a new agreement is not reached, the impact on current or future charges will be evaluated for any credits or cost savings. We will provide more information when it becomes available.
