Does any company do more to upset their customers? (Bally Sports related)
I am under a 1 yr contract (which I agreed to in order to get a slightly better monthly rate) that includes the Popular TV package, which previously included Bally Sports. Now that rights are restored, instead of giving me back the Bally channel, Comcast instead is giving a monthly credit for the channel. I just want what I had when I agreed to the contract. I don't want to upgrade to a higher tier to get what I had. When my contract is up, I am done with Comcast. I have been a loyal customer for over 30 yrs.

Nope. No company in the history of the world is as awful as Comcast. I'm in my 60's and have dealt with corporations, government entities (I was an accountant), non-profits, LLC's, everything imaginable, and I have never, EVER, encountered a company with as poor a customer "service" record as this one. Not even close. At times it does seem as though they are intentionally trying to see how far they can push you. It really does. Almost like there's a group in a room somewhere placing bets to see how irate they can make their own customers, or when they'll make them "break".

Agree!! I just renewed in February and my plan included Bally Sports but it was also more than I was paying previously (which I wasn’t happy about) so I down graded my internet to makeup for the price difference and now I can’t afford to have Bally because of the way the structured the new “tier”. It’s [Edited: Language]. I have a sports package!! But I also only signed up for Bally sports and handful of other channels.
