Error code XRE 03059

I have this error code on my TV I tried using the Xfinity assistant to help, they didn’t help at all. I called on the phone and spoke with someone for an hour and 15 minutes and it’s still unresolved. I pay a ton of money for my cable bill and I need to get this fixed as soon as possible please
