Error code XRE 03059

Started after they did a repair locally, MSNews and HBO HD, can't connect, other channels ok.

Tech support unable to comprehend the issue.

All three boxes, cables tight, plugged in, all the stupid stuff done.

The coax boxes replaced, all wireless now. Customer service should ask if the box3s are coax or wireless, I wasted hours with incompetence.
