Error trying to watch 4K channels

TV vendor (Hisense 65R6G) claims to be HDR compatible but when trying to watch channels 1354 or 1355 get message "device  Not HDR compatible" 2 other TVs have no issue.  TV in question can view 4K content from other sources such as Netflix or Apple TV.  Tried switching cable boxes but no change.  Checking display resolution settings says highest quality is set SDR? Any suggestion would be appreciated.  Also,  what is the difference between 4K channel 1354 and Real Time 4K channel 1355?  Thanks.

UPDATE - Still have the issue, however I tried using the Xfinity Stream app on the same TV (not going through the cable box) and I am able to watch all the channels that say 4K (ie 1354, 1356 etc) but not the ones that say Real Time 4k, those are not even listed on the guide.

Xfinity 4K refers to the general availability of 4K Ultra HD (UHD) content, which provides a resolution of 3840 pixels across the screen, requiring a compatible Xfinity TV Box and an HDCP 2.2 compliant 4K TV. RealTime 4K, specifically available on channels like FOX RealTime 4K, enhances the viewing experience by reducing latency and providing a smoother stream. To enjoy RealTime 4K, users must have the appropriate equipment and settings adjusted, such as changing audio settings if sound issues occur. Both require a subscription to Xfinity services for access.
