ESPN UNLIMITED

On March 6 I received an emais from Xfinity saying  ACTIVATE ESPN Unlimited — NOW INCLUDED WITH YOUR PLAN [Edit: Removed link]  at no additional charge. I did so and everything worked fine until yesterday, May 2 when I the service just disappeared. I called to find out why. I was transferred from person to person and put on hold numerous times for nearly 2 hours. Eventually, someone name Debra spoke with me. She did a lot of investigating and said that according to the criteria for ESPN UNLIMITED I am in fact supposed to be receiving the service as part of my TV package. She spent quite a bit of time investigating and confirmed this but said that she could not figure out how to reactivate the service for me. She said that she would continue to investigate and that she would call me back today with the solution. So first thing this morning I got a text saying that my ticket number [Edit: Personal Information] has been reviewed, cannot be authorized, and is closed. No explanation whatsoever. Someone is lying or just doesn't care that I am supposed to be receiving this service and part of my package. I feel like I have been just kicked to the curb. This is not the first time that I have had issues and the customer service is becoming increasingly worse as the price of service goes up. I am just about fed up with Xfinity.

user_ikmsev Thank you for reaching out! You may need to reactivate your ESPN Unlimited benefit by visiting your subscription hub or click the activation link in the email you received.

*Sign in with your Xfinity ID and password.  
*Click **Activate** next to the ESPN Unlimited subscription.

If no activation option appears, your service may already be activated; just sign in to the ESPN app using your MyDisney credentials. Confirm the activation message and follow any additional prompts.
 
If you are still unable to access this benefit, please let us know any errors or error codes you encounter.

@XfinityMartyR​ My subscription page says that ESPN UNLIMITED is active. However, when I try to use ESPN UNLIMITED I am presented with the list of providers. When I select Xfinity I am directed back to the subscription page showing that it is active and where all of the subscriptions questions are listed. When I try to re-activate it simply sends me back there again. It is a continuing circle that does nothing. It still does not work.

user_ikmsev  Thank you for providing additional details into your concern accessing ESPN Unlimited. Since your ESPN Unlimited offer is showing active on the Xfinity side, have you tried logging into ESPN without selecting a TV provider, and only using your email address tied to your MyDisney account?

When I login to Disney it says that I have NO ACTIVE SUBSCRIPTIONS.

@user_ikmsev thank you for answering all the questions so far, it is really helpful. Are you trying to log in on the ESPN Ulimited website or through the X1 platform? 

When I logged in on the website, it was acting like it wasn't recognizing my log in, I cleared the cache history on my laptop. Then when attempting to log in again selecting my provider, it logged my since I'm attached to my home network. 

If you're attempting to log in via the X1 set-top box clearing stored data often clears errors that occur when using the Apps: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/x1-clear-cookies-and-local-data-storage

- Have you attempted to clear the cache/history on your device?
- Attempted to use a different browser or device?
- If using the X1 App features, have you cleared the stored data?

I am logging in from ESPN website on a desktop computer. I have tried everything mentioned in the comments above. When I go to my subscriptions page on Xfinity website it shows that ESPN UNLIMITED is active. I also try to access ESPN+  channels on my TV and cannot do so. Nothing works. Apparently, there is no solution.
