Fan Duel RSN in Memphis Tn

Why am I suddenly getting Fan Duel Sports Network Oklahoma when I should be getting Fan Duel Sports South.  Instead of Nashville Predators hockey game tonight I got Oklahoma City Thunder game which should have been blacked out in Memphis on channel 830.  I also got the Atlanta Hawks feed on  Fan Duel Sports Southeast (ch 831) which also should have been blacked out in Memphis,  This same thing happened about this time last year when I got alternate feed instead of hockey games.  Please get this sorted out with Fan Duel!  The programming guide showed the right programs but the broadcast was whack.

I am having the exact same issue.  
‘are you saying this is a signal issue and may need a reboot ?

@XfinityDena​ this is going on again tonight.  Why can Xfinity not fix this issue.  We have been asking for days and still getting the Oklahoma feed.

may just cancel Xfinity because this is insane

This is not an equipment issue.  TV box and modem are working fine.  This is a programming issue.  Fan Duel  is providing the wrong feed to Xfinity  for channel 830 for the Memphis. Tn market and Xfinity apparently hs no internal controls to detect this error because they are broadcasting the wrong feed to Memphis.  As a result, Memphis is receiving games that should be blacked out because we are out of market for Oklahoma City Thunder and not receiving games for in market Nashville Predators,  This same thing happened about the same time last year and was eventually correctedd.  Come on Xfinity, get your stuff together!

@user_902e09, we understand it is not an equipment issue, however if there have been any updates to the signal carrying the feed to your box, an update may be necessary. Resetting the power for the box facilitates that. Please do let us know if doing that produces a change. Thanks!

I just completed a system refresh,  I won't know if this solved the problem until tomorrow night when the next Nashville Predators broadcast is scheduled.

System refresh did not work.  Channel 830 had Oklahoma City Thunder game on tonight so I an still getting Fan Duel Sports Oklahoma instead of Fan Duel Sports South. Again this same problem happened last year abpot the same time when Ballys Sport South was not being fed to Memphis as it should have been.  This lasted for almost a month  before it was corrected.  Maybe research this from the past to see how it was corrected and fix it
