FanDuel formerly Ballys

I have been waiting for the Grizzlies season opener and then last night I couldn’t even watch it. FanDuel channel was cutting out and pixelating. Then the screen would go black and say trying to connect. I pay for this channel just to watch the Grizzlies and can’t do that. All other games and shows are fine on this channel. Only Grizzlies games messed up. What is going on??

It was unwatchable.  Commercial Apoeal had a blurb article saying they were working on it.  This was an issue late last season as well.  I believe the broadcast signal strength is too low, but what do I know.

Same problem tonight.  News articles saying they are working to fix it on Wednesday.  Need more than two days, it seems.

@user_bm4112​ Same here. Totally unacceptable! All other programs are fine. Even does it on the Xfinity Stream app.

Bally channels were free of charge

then Comcast replaced them with fanduel paid channel.

I’m even no clue how to add them to my package and how much it’s going to cost me 

robbery in progress

Yes I have verified the following:

1. It occurs on all my TVs

2. It occurs on the Xfinity Stream app too

3. It only occurs on channel 831 (FanDuel)

4. It only occurs during the Memphis Grizzlies broadcast

5. In addition I have searched this forum and have found others reporting the same exact issue

Clearly, the problem is NOT on my end. Watch the Stream app tonight at 7 pm Central channel 831 (Fanduel) and see for yourself!

Broadcast was clean last night.  I’ll wait to see the next game to declare it fixed.
