This is completely unacceptable. Stating that a resolution can't be reached to to increased costs is absurd. For as much as we pay for your services monthly you should keep your subscribers happy and reach a deal before we lose our channels. Comcast/xfinity should just eat the higher cost for these services. You are clearly making a huge profit off of your subscribers and can afford to pay the difference without passing the buck on to us. Do better!
