Fox News channel

Please fix pixelation / poor signal quality affecting only the Fox News channel. Very annoying.

Hello @user_olacco. Thank you for reaching out on our Community Forum. Is the pixelation happening at specific times? When this does happen have you attempted to reset the TV box?

Mainly happens evenings during prime time. Not so much during the day or late night. Makes no sense to me. Only noticed signal denigration on one channel.

Thank you for confirming that @user_olacco, we appreciate it. Have you tried restarting your cable box yet?

Yes. Reset box and installed new hdmi cable. May be nearby 5g cell tower or weak satellite signal to local xfinity. Strange that is only one channel and mainly early evening.

user_olacco I would recommend using the Xfinity app to help identify any issues in your area for that one channel.

Open the Xfinity app.
Tap the Services tab.
Tap Troubleshoot TV issues.
Tap the applicable option to start troubleshooting.

Let us know how it goes.

Same in Harford County MD. Only the Fox News channels on all Comcast channels. Every other channel fully clear and no pixel issues or breaking up!

probably worth noting the Comcast/Disney alliance but our lawyers have pointed that out as well.

Reseated all connections. Even in the box outside the house. Replaced all hdmi cables. Connected to different port on new TV.  Restarted box and wifi several times. Nothing works. Note that Fox channel works great using wifi app. Picture and sound are excellent. I have the newest xfinity tv box. Could the box be the problem (other than deliberate interference)?
