Why was channel 221 changed? It is now LAFF with useless programming. Are there any western channels?

It is possible that the local broadcast station that was carrying Grit changed it to Laff.

Thanks for reaching out, user_8y3t28! Even though it's rare, It's not uncommon for networks do change channels. You should be able to check your guide for any western networks.
I accidentally found where they moved GRIT to. It is a channel on XUMO. Bring up the XUMO app on your tv and you can see/watch it there.
