Guide problems

Shows are sometimes marked new when they are actually reruns. This causes useless recordings wasting dvr space. Please fix this.

Hi, @Lodgeatlewes! We appreciate your feedback about the DVR recordings. The DVR will record based on the TV listings the networks provide to us. If they mark the show as new when it isn't, the DVR will record it as new. I understand that can cause some confusion and also take up space as you brought up. Are you noticing this on certain shows or networks?

All of these errors are WRDE  in Delaware. Law and Order is also listed is “new episode” even though it’s being recorded in the middle of the night.
