Has anyone else noticed that MS NOW has no video or audio almost every afternoon, but every other channel seems to be working correctly?

Has anyone else noticed that MS NOW has no video or audio almost every afternoon, but every other channel seems to be working correctly?  My wife and I think this is awfully suspicious!

Bear122959 We can help you with your MS NOW channel concerns today. Is this happening during a specific program being played on that channel? Do you see an error code or message when this happens?

Thank you for your response.

We do not see an error code.  When we change to MS NOW the screen is black and there is no audio.  As normally occurs when we change channels the program name and progress bar are displayed.

This has been going on for several weeks and it happens several times a week.  We notice it if we try to go to this channel between 4 and 8 PM Mountain Time.

Thanks,

Mike

Thank you for the information @Bear122959. When you are tuning into the channel and getting no audio, is this on a cable box, or using the Xfinity stream app?

We always use the cable box to change channels.

Thank you again for the information @Bear122959. When you are watching that channel during the hours that you are getting no audio, have you tried checking to see if the secondary audio programing is turned on? What can sometimes happen is if the SAP is turned on, but the program does not have a SAP track, it will have no audio at all, except during commercials if there are any. You can check that while watching the channel by pressing the down arrow on the remote, highlight the Audio Options/SAP button on the playback controls and press OK, and then when the options pop up on the left side of the screen, pressing ok on English.

We don't use SAP.  Please note that we also have no video, just a black screen.
