HBO channels freeze

We have had HBO channels on our cable plan for years but over the past few months when you go to any of the channels they initially load then freeze up within just a minute or less after you click on the channel. When I go to xfinity assistant it tells me they are not included in my plan. All other channels load just not HBO.

So is Xfinity going to reimburse me for all these months the product has not worked?

user_0q64cg Thank you so much for stopping in for help with HBO not working for you. That would be frustrating to try to use a channel I am used to having and getting an error. HBO has not been included with any of our channel lineup options for some time, and would normally be an add-on feature listed separately on your bill. That is where I would recommend starting. You can check out your full PDF bill, and on page 3 under your standard plan description, any add-on options would be listed there. 

If you do see HBO listed, we can take a closer look. If not, you can add HBO to our Stream store. You can find out more here.
