I’m supposed to have hbomax and am a platinum member but when I go to sports it says I can’t watch I need to update??

user_6738c9 - Thank you for choosing Xfinity and for joining us here on the Forums! It sounds like the HBO Max app is giving you an error that it needs to update. Have you tried uninstalling and reinastlling the app to see if it helps?
