I’m subscribed to HBOMAX but it’s not in my channel lineup or in my Xfinity Togo app . Not sure what’s going on but I’m paying for the service.

Good morning @mmalo, and thanks for reaching out to us on the community forums, I hope this message finds you well. I am sorry about the issues you are having with HBO Max, but you have come to the right place for assistance with this issue. If you are subscribed to HBO Max, you do get access to the HBO channels, but they will be listed in the guide as HBO, and not HBO Max. If you do a voice search for HBO it should take you to the HBO family of channels.
