Oh, no! Sounds like there's an activation issue with your HBO Max, @user_hj0h7r. I can see how it may be frustrating not being able to watch your favorite shows. No worries. You've come to the right place for assistance. Just to make sure, have you logged in with your Primary Xfinity ID?

Did you try to activate your streaming subscriptions, follow these steps:

  1. Check your email for activation instructions or visit https://xfinity.com/yoursubscriptions and log in with your Xfinity ID and password.
  2. Click **Activate** next to the desired subscription service.

I have not successfully logged in as Primary although I have logged in to Xfinity and, as near as I can tell, my wife and I have no other access to it.  So no idea how to find out about the Primary.  Further help would be appreciated.

@user_hj0h7r Normally, the Primary Xfinity ID is the email for the person that sets up the account with their contact information. We can look into this further for you. If we may, please send us a Direct Message with your full name and complete service address.

To start a Direct Message: Click "Sign in" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Message" icon (upper right corner of this page)

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send your message.

I am an Official Xfinity Employee.
