Help with xre 00260 code

I have no tv service and I’m very frustrated. I have already called twice about this issue with no response. I called Xfinity earlier in the day yesterday and requested History Vault streaming be removed from my account and also asked to discontinue service of one of my boxes. I have two. Neither one of my tvs work.

Hello user_4qxx4v. Thank you for reporting the trouble we are having with the TV service. I'm sorry that this is causing both TVs to not have service. I know how annoying it is when you want to enjoy a few shows. I would love to help out and make sure we have this fixed. One of the first steps we take is to reset the cable box. Usually it's easy enough to unplug the cable box and plug it back in. Has that helped out? The Xfinity app could also help out with sending a refresh to the account to make sure that the entitlements are updated on the devices.
