H&I Return

According to H&I customer service, H&I was supposed to be available again in the Detroit area yesterday....and its still not there. Has anyone seen the update yet? Our daily update failed twice yesterday, and took our service down several times. The H&I channels were supposed to be on the Cozy TV channels.

H&I is not on any channel. It was on the Cozy TV for 1 day, then it dissapeared again after the daily update. Tech support us trying to figure out what happenned. It is a system wide problem

The guide is all [Edited: Language]. Xfinity agrees but has no clue how to fix it. H&I is aware of the issue, but its up to Xfinity to fix, and it looks like its not going to get fixed any time soon. Pay for service and don't get it....this is why xfinity lost over 200,00 customers in the 2nd quarter 2025.

Looks like it switched in the Detroit area from 2-4 to 4-2. It's back again at least for me on 294.

Yes its finally back on 294. My guide says H&I and this4. Not sure but I think they eliminated cozitv or renamed it. At least we can watch our programs again!
