How do I get NHL Center Ice?

I've tried speaking into the remote, I've tried calling customer service and neither are able to get me NHL Center Ice. The person on the phone told me it was a pay per view service  per channel and I know the isn't right. Is this still a service? and if so how do I get it?

I don't think it's available yet. It does seem slightly early; the regular season begins on 10/8, and I am pretty sure NHL Center Ice does not cover the preseason.

Apparently, I can't post a link to Xfinity's main Center Ice page, where it should tell you when it becomes available - let me see if it will let me post the URL:

That makes a lot of sense. It didn’t even occur to me that it would only be available during the regular season. Thanks!

Thank you for reaching out to us @user_nxsocp! NHL Center Ice can be ordered by saying "NHL Center Ice" into your Xfinity Voice Remote or by going online here. Although, as ThatDonGuy mentioned it is not available just yet.

Hockey season starts today so I spoke to my remote and asked for NHL center ice and the screen pops up but there’s no place to order it so I went online to my account and it said there’s an issue with ordering it so does anybody know when we can order it because they’re going to start playing tonight!

Hello, @nm469 I'll try and get it ordered for you on my end. Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? To send a direct message:

1. In the top right corner, you'll see a little chat icon near the bell icon. Click the direct message icon

2. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

3. In the 'To' line, type "Xfinity Support" there. A drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list (an "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line)

4. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

5. Press Enter to send it. An official employee, such as myself or whoever is first available, will respond. Thanks!
