How to Re-active Peacock

Greetings All!

I just upgraded to the the 2 Gig tier and was told that I can get Peacock again. However trying to use the https://www.xfinity.com/activate-peacock process won't work, as it is showing I don't have a plan anymore (in Peacock).

How do you 'reset' the activate Peacock part, so that I can have access to it again?

When you login, are you seeing an option for Xfinity as a billing option? Additionallly, are you using the same email address you had before?
