I can't view FS1, it just sits with a blank screen and three flashing dots.

Are you accessing the channel through your TV box or our Streaming App? What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far? Did you try rebooting the box manually or through the Xfinity App? Checked the coaxial connection on both ends (TV box and wall plate) to make sure it's tight and there's no damage to it.
