I signed up for Starz through their website but I can’t watch it on my smart tv

I am unable to watch Starz on my Samsung Smart Tv

We greatly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience regarding the STARZ subscription and your Samsung Smart TV. If you have an active subscription directly through STARZ and are using your Samsung Smart TV operating system, this issue would be outside our demarcation of assistance.

 

Typically, you would download and install the STARZ app on your smart device and use the email address/password you created when you purchased your STARZ subscription. If you are experiencing signing in to your STARZ account, it may be best to reach out to STARZ directly for support and if you are experiencing issue with the STARZ app on your Samsung Smart TV, it may be best to reach out to Samsung directly for support.
