user_zbel5a Our lineups are based off of Network agreements we make, and that can cause them to move from time to time. I haven't confirmed that the post is accurate at this time. Did you get a notification that you need to upgrade when trying to view the network? We also send any upcoming changes if any on the last page of billing statements the month before any changes happen. Did you see any notes about the change on last months statement?

It doesn't show TBN as an upgrade, it shows it on the basic package on their website. Where did you hear that it now requires an upgrade to the TV plan?

How was this done without notification and surveying of customers? Should not have to add to subscription for something we've always had
