Is there any way to get a list of what channels I'm paying for?

The channel lineup page lists every channel *available* but not which channels I'm paying for, despite that being a pretty important part of the contract.

Hey @user_7aksx2, Thank you for visiting our official Xfinity Forums Community support page. I recommend viewing our Xfinity Channel Lineup and TV Guide page where you can view the different channels which are in each package. We do not have a document that we can provide you, but this would be the best resource to see what channels are in each service tier package we offer. It will go over the included channels in our Limited Basic/Choice TV, Sports and News TV, Popular TV, and Ultimate TV Xfinity Video plans.

@XfinityDemitrius That page does not work.  I give it my address, it lets me either login to change my plan, and redirects me to https://www.xfinity.com/learn/existing/offers-changeplan or I have to say I'm a new customer who is moving into my home, or I have to say I'm an existing customer who is moving into my home. There is no page that lets me just see the lineup of the channels I'm paying for.

That would be the main page that is available @user_7aksx2. You can view the current lineups online at https://www.xfinity.com/learn/channel-lineup or https://www.xfinity.com/support/local-channel-lineup/ . Alternatively, you can view all the channels within the X1 Menu Guide, Xfinity Stream App or web portal, or visit a local Xfinity Store to see if there are any flyers available. We regularly review our channel lineups and sometimes make changes to ensure we're offering a wide variety of content at the best value. So channel changes do happen, so using the online resource above will reflect changes as they happen.

Like I said, the https://www.xfinity.com/learn/channel-lineup link redirects to try to *sell* me a bundle and the https://www.xfinity.com/support/local-channel-lineup/ link tells me all the available channels but doesn't note which ones I do and don't get. Is there a way to see *what channels my package receives* or is comcast incapable of telling me that? I don't need a brochure, I just need a page that says "these are the channels you pay for and receive".

user_7aksx2 To the right of the address box, you will see it have this hyperlink Sign in to view your channels, I included the link, so you can go directly to the sign in option. Once you are signed in it will show you the full breakdown of your current line up, and it will also give you the option to compare it to the other tiers if you are searching for a specific channel.

I am here because I am looking for the same thing or even the list of channels included in each level of service.  I do not pay for HBO.  I don't get HBO but your link you last provided shows HBO in the list.  Two years ago, we were able to get a list of channels that were included at each service level to determine what best fits our needs.  Where can we find this?????

You can find the channel line up here: https://www.xfinity.com/learn/channel-lineup-bundles

You may need to enter your address, so the line-up populates.
