Issues with COMET

I wonder of anyone else is having issues with the COMET channel. Channels 1185 & 943.  Periodically during the da,y the channel freezes.  The audio continues, but the vid freezes for anywhere from 10-30+ min.  This has been going on for MONTHS.  And ONLY on COMET.  I’ve talked to COMCAST service via phone.  System has been rebooted.  Still the problem continues.
