Just moved and now my free Peacock Premium no longer works. "Your Xfinity account is already linked to another Peacock account."

I just moved and changed addresses and for some reason Peacock Premium got removed from my Peacock account even though I'm retaining the same Xfinity account and service. Now I can't even activate the Peacock Premium because it says my Xfinity account is already linked to another Peacock account which is just the same Peacock account I've been using.

Reaching out to what? The "helper" bot is completely useless and just goes in circles and does not help my issue and it won't refer me to a human. All it does is refer me to how to activate Peacock for Xfinity customers but as I've stated, it doesn't work for me anymore after I moved and changed my address.

I transferred my services from the old location to the new one. But the Peacock subscription deactivated or something. I had Peacock Premium before the move and then after the move it's gone.

Yes, I tried reactivating with the link and the exact same thing happened.
