Local Sport Networks in New York with signal problems

The channels for local sport networks in New York City have a constant issue with the signal leading to freezing and pixelation. This only happens in channels like YES and SNY which I usually watch for baseball games. It is not isolated and is present on every game. If I watch using the Xfinity Stream option there is no issue.

Does anyone know how to report and getting it fixed?

No, the problem prevails. It is not an issue with my device so please let's not start with that or asking me to reset something.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it.

I’ve had the same issue over last few games.  Not sure why I’m paying extra each month not being able to watch the Yankee game

@user_oplkx8​ [Edited: "Solicitation"] Customer service as expected gave generic responses like checking the cables and resetting the box. Then even said I would require a tech visit which makes no sense given their signal is the problem.
