Locals package does not include local stations

We wasted hours including the contract installers hours trying to get the local tv station.   We had chosen the “Locals only” package just to watch the local stations.   Turns out the locals only package only includes junk-no local stations.   Please rename this package the “useless package”

There is no direct messaging icon or bell anywhere. 
Just get them to rename the service
