lost the picture and sound on my samsung TV

went to a nearby xfinity store,  I installed a new modem and receive a new remote. Nothing worked.  

I do get lettering on my TV and it tells me something is wrong.

Please help me.

Hello user_y9u1hd , we appreciate you reaching out to Xfinity Forums. When you installed the box did you use our app to activate everything. What other steps have you taken besides plugging it in?
