Menu
my menu is not loading most of the time it takes forever even after I turn it on and turn it off and it started last week. I’ve even turned off the box and it still does it. It just hesitates and doesn’t load what is going on

To get a better idea on how we can help, can you tell us which menu you're trying to access that isn't loading properly and which TV Box Model the issue is occurring on?
