metv displays picture for a split second goes blank and I only have sound.

All other channels work correctly. I've seen some other comments about MeTV and no picture while I was doing web searches. In my case, I see a picture for about 1 second, then it goes away and I'm left with only sound.

6. An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
7. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
8. Press Enter to send it.
