Millville area tv freezing /pixelation multiple channels 2/7/26

West Millville NJ are tv freezing channels scrambled.  Channels 2-3-6-10 horrible. Tried their automative systems worthless. It must be weather related.  Comcast does not acknowledge their downfalls. People should be given credits on bills.  Today is the SUPPER BOWL. WAKE UP COMCAST

user_tl5sxn Thanks for reaching out with your channels freezing, and being scrambled concern. That is something that would concern me as well, and I'm happy to help with the issue. Since the issue started has it been with only live channels, and is it happening when streaming or viewing on one of our TV boxes?

The problem is fixed for now, somewhat. Channel 6 and 2 once in a while will freeze but then it corrects itself.  I was not the only household having problems. Many in this neighborhood are elderly, like me, that are intimidated by the automated system.

user_tl5sxn, I can understand how intimidating it can be dealing with the automated system. The good thing about our department is that you are working with real people who want to do everything we can to help. Please reach out here if you need any help. I'm glad things are working better, but if the issue comes back, let us know.
