missing TBS

Central IL -  TBS won't tune in thru cable box and completely disappeared from the app on the Roku player.  Have tried all the fixes in the forum

Yes.  It is still missing from both the cable box and the Roku Xfinity app

To send a "Direct Message" message:

As of 1/23/2025 TBS channels are missing from Stream App.  I have deleted APP and reinstalled and tried to request help with Xfinity assistant. That was a joke.  TBS is still available on my cable box.  Also half the time all the Xfinity t commercials are in a foreign language even though I have correct language chosen in the settings. Something so simple should not be this frustrating for customers to deal with.

I'd be happy to help you get this ironed out today. Even though you aren't having an issue with your box, have you tried to power cycle your box? If not, can you please try that and see if you still experience the issues? I look forward to hearing back from you!
