NBA blackout incorrect market.

I've called and tried to chat numerous times.its impossible to get a human. Just infinite prompt loops.

I live in Tallahassee Florida. We are in the Orlando Magic local broadcast area. We are not in the Miami, Atlanta or Memphis markets. Everytime one of those teams is on NBA TV the screen says I'm blacked out and to watch on a local channel.

We are not in those markets. I contacted the NBA and they said it is a provider issue. How do I get Comcast to fix their blackout maps?

It is the best resource to manage the account and service online when we are not available. It is my favorite as I can check the service health, and also reboot the wifi for dinner time. @XfinityBenny This is absolutely no help. The assistant is the most worthless feature ever. It simply goes in circles. My comment needs to go to a real person, a Comcast engineer. I've called several times over the years. Can no longer speak to a human. The prompt goes in circles. I've been a customer continuously since 1997. Loyal customers of that long should have dedicated conceierge.

Their NBA zip codes.are messed up. Tallahassee is not in the Miami, Atlanta or Memphis markets. Never has.

I've contacted the NBA TV channel. They say it isn't their issue, it is the TV provider issue, i.e an Xfinity issue. Please look at zip 32312. Shouldn't be blacked out
