NBA League Pass/NHL Center Ice games freezing

Has anyone had any problems with games freezing?  The last few weeks games just suddenly freeze and will not unfreeze unless I change the channel.  If I hit channel up or down, then go back to the game it's fine, but it happens on every game I watch for more than 10 minutes or so.  

I'm not sure if I need a new box (or maybe gateway) or if it's a problem with the channels.  Every year Center Ice and League Pass have some sort of transmission issue and I'm not having this problem on any other channel (e.g., games on ESPN are fine), so I'm hoping it's an Xfinity issue and not my box.

Yes. NHL center ice has had problems for 4+ years.  Common issues include sound going out and then comes back, screen freezes and then rewinds several seconds.  I expect nothing less from Comcast’s

The January 14,2025 game between the Washington capitals and Anaheim ducks on the Washington capitals feed (my channel 3097) issues were at the following GAME times -approximate times give or take a second or two

Blackout screen: first period 8:11

Sound went silent: 

first period 12:20

second period 9:00

second period 4:30

second period 4:14

third period 14:09

third period 10:17

third period 9:38

there were more instances than this in 1 game. 

This happens EVERY game

I went through the work to identify the issues. You should have all of the information to find these issues in this one game.
