Hello, @wapo I'd like to ask you some questions to narrow down the solution to this issue. Tell me what troubleshooting steps you've taken so far. Are you using an X1 box to view NBC? Have you checked to make sure SAP is not enabled for that channel?
An SAP, MTS, Stereo/SAP, or Stereo setting in the device's onscreen guide or menu selection.
Are you using any 3rd party devices for sound like a sound bar or surround sound system?

I have had the same issue for years. NBC only on the Xfinity stream app. I have no problem with other feeds. It happens on all of my Fire tv devices. (5 of them in multiple states) it’s about 1/2 second off and happens all the time. All units are updated. Any suggestions?

I have had the same issue for years. NBC only on the Xfinity stream app. I have no problem with other feeds. It happens on all of my Fire tv devices. (5 of them in multiple states) it’s about 1/2 second off and happens all the time. All units are updated. Any suggestions?
