Hello Pcpirates5 is this still a concern for you? Which NBC channel is this specifically happening on? Is this happening on all programs and commercials?
Specifically it was KARE11 on Xfinity Cable. Yes, it was over all broadcast media. I have yet to receive an explanation of why this occurred, so NO, this issue is not resolved.
