NBC Live Sports Sound Cutting Out.

Is anyone else experiencing the sound dropping out constantly on NBC when it’s broadcasting live sports? It’s driving me mental. Doesn’t happen at all when there’s commercials on but happens every 2 minutes when live sports comes on again. I’ve tried everything, rebooting, checking cables, system refresh etc and nothing fixes it.

I am having the same problems. Only NBC on live events.

Completely. On their best day Xfinity has terrible customer service but after speaking to them tonight I’m done. The lovely lady in the Philippines informed me that they’ve not had anyone else experience this issue. The forums I’ve read previously tell me different. They’re just ignorantly ignoring it’s an issue.

Yep. Same here. Had live sports issue where pixelated on various channels a year ago & after 5 different tech trips and many months, they had to get an outside crew to diagnose an interference issue in our neighborhood & work on some line down the street. 

I’M SO DONE.

Sorry to hear that. I had exactly the same pixelation issue about 5 months back.

Back at ya. It’s a joke to pay through the nose for service like this - will be cutting cord. Needs to be done.
