NBC pixelating

Only one channel, NBC, has this issue. Please resolve it, makes it impossible to watch my favorite shows. I looked into your help forums and people have been complaining about this exact issue for years!!!

JT5166 I appreciate your time in reaching out to us here on our Xfinity Forums and understand how frustrating it can be if your programming is pixelating. Can you confirm how you are viewing that channel? Is it via an X1 cable box or via our Xfinity Stream app? Do you notice that it is happening just with specific shows, or is it all the time? The more information you can provide, the better we will be able to assist you.

Having the same issue with NBC and we are hardwired into modem.   It fluctuates through out the day, but yes it does make watching our favorite shows as well as news tougher, or ruins the stories.
