New DSN channel

Does the new DSN change (1253) come with the Ultimate TV package or would I still have to order it separately. I have the Popular Tv package now.

Good Morning, @user_gntpkm! Thank you so much for taking the time to reach out to us here on the Xfinity Forums! I completely understand the want to ensure you have all the channels available. What appears on the screen when you attempt to view channel 1253? If it says subscription is required, likely you will need to upgrade or add on additional sports package.

But you didn't answer the question, does DSN come with the "Ultimate TV" package ?

@user_gntpkm My apologies we missed the answer. Yes, it is included in the Ultimate TV package, however the Ultimate TV Package is one of our grandfathered TV packages. The new comparable package would be our TV Premium lineup. I hope you this helps answer your question. Please let us know if there are any other questions we can answer for you.

I called in this a.m. and spoke with a nice lady named Samantha and she set me up with the Premium package and DSN.
