Nfl network

My cable and internet are way to expensive to not have NFL network. I pay for it so I should have it. My bill should be lowered until the issue is resolved. My bill is over $300 I need relief or I'm going elsewhere.

I'm sorry that we are unable to bring you the network at this time. Eligible accounts are being automatically credited. You would see the adjustment on page 3 of your monthly billing statement. 
 
I know that rising costs are impacting my family as well, so I try to find every opportunity possible to save on our monthly costs. I would be happy to review your account with you to see if we have any deals that could help with reducing the monthly rate.
