NFL on nbc in spanish

I cannot get the game to play in English on my Xfinity app. Commercials are in English but game is in Spanish. I am streaming remotely.

When you have a moment, could you please check the preferred audio language setting for NBC on the Xfinity Stream Portal?

Some programs offer additional language tracks through Secondary Audio Programming (SAP), which allows viewers to listen to content in a different language. These alternate audio tracks are provided by the content provider and may not be available for all programs.

Sorry but not helpful. There is no sap icon. I did go to settings which I had already done and it showed English as the check-marked language for the broadcast. I turned on closed captioning just to see what would happen and it read in English. I have not tried other NBC programs and am unsure how to change languages associated with one station/network. Other non-NBC programs play in English and the commercials on NBC play in English. As mentioned the closed captioning show’s English. I’m at a loss for how to fix this.

Have you tried signing completely out of the Xfinity Stream app and then logging back in? Sometimes a quick session refresh is all it takes to resync the audio track.
