NHL center ice interrupts game play with commercials

@user_gator I apologize we are not able to remove the commercials for you at this time. However, if you share your feedback we can get this into the hands of those who are in charge of the programming, so they know what the customers/viewers need.

I do not think your AI understands. The commercials INTERRUPT the live game. 
Not during the scheduled commercial break… but in the middle of the game. 

I can definitely understand how that can be frustrating, @Gator_L. We need to ensure the broadcasters are aware that these commercials are coming through at the wrong time. "We need to ensure the broadcasters are aware that these commercials are coming through at the wrong time." But what does that mean? They know this is happening, but they are doing nothing to fix it?
I'm not sure how their system works, but I bet I could figure it out... moreover, I'd at least say, "We're working on. How about we give you a refund for the terrible experience we are providing?"
As much as all these services cost, you all should be working on this a little better. There's no one to actually talk to about this with Center Ice, there's just a forum post that I hope gets seen by someone who can elevate this. But there's no real problem for the money makers if ONE person complains.
