No access to channels

I can’t access most live channels after switching to Fios for Internet.  I think I’m supposed to have 125 channels in my current plan.

To start, how are you trying to access your live channels, with an X1 TV Box, or using the Xfinity Stream App? Have you recently confirmed what you subscribe to using either the Xfinity App or My Account?
