No access to NewsChannel 5 in Nashville
I am very dissatisfied with my current service. My wifi seems extremely slow when streaming, lots of buffering. I am VERY upset about not having Newschannel 5. During the ice storm we were without service for 3 weeks and there was no discount on my bill. After many years, I am considering moving my service.

So that we don't go over something you've already done, can you please share with me what troubleshooting steps have you completed on your own? Have you by any chance used the Xfinity app to reset the modem? How about a power cycle, have you tried that?
