No more NBC

Apparently limit has failed to negotiate contracts to get local NBC and other critical channels in any areas of Florida.  I pay an insane amount already for cable and now I don’t get my normal programs?  Seriously?  I will be calling today to switch providers and drop xfinity

I am disappointed that NBC is not available. It has the only reliable news worth watching. It also has several programs that I like to watch. PLEASE FIX THIS NOW.  Bruce MacHaffie

You better be ready to issue us a months refund, this is your problem we pay over $200 a month and don’t want to hear about your problems Xfinity is making so much money $$$$$

We pay over $200 a month that’s garbage xfinity better be ready to give us a $200 refund period no excuse’s we trusted them and we just got [Edited: "Language"]!!!!!

I am paying to much for cable and now can’t watch. NBC!?!? I am old but I guess I have to try this crazy streaming stuff!?!? Or maybe no tv at all….

BUT, to have taken this action without ANY FOREWARNING to your paying customers is UNACCEPTABLE, period!  Comcast/Xfinity owes all customers in all markets that lost channels without forewarning a refund!

This is totally unacceptable that we lost NBC. I stream Xfinity from my home in New York and I can’t even get CBS. Why does my community pay all this money and not have two stations. Fix the problem as soon as possible or you’ll be losing more customers than you will be out of business.

Xfinity charges way too much for this to happen and without a heads up. I will dump xfinity and move to a provider that is more responsible for a lesser cost. Shame on you xfinity.
