Now 125 channels missing

Please help? All my great programming channels are gone along with my scheduled DVR shows with the Xfinity NOW 125 TV subscription. I can’t get TLC, A&E, Discovery, History it’s gone and I can’t get any help? I’ve rebooted everything and begged Xfinity agents for help, and I got nothing!
