Our xfinity programming disconnects
Hi: Our TV transmission Disconnects many times per week then showing a message to check our signal entry and reboot if necessary. First the TV freezes, then it goes dark followed by the message. The TV transmission may return spontaneously on occasion after 10-20 minutes of silent darkness. Please help, we want to prevent these interruptions.

Our TV transmission shuts down spontaneously frequently. First it freezes, then xfinity sends a message to check connection and then it goes dark and silent. Sometimes the transmission returns spontaneously after 10-20 minutes of nothing. It also returns on occasion after rebooting. Help us prevent these annoying interruptions.
